HEALTH & SAFETY UPDATES

Welcome Back

To build upon our existing high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness we have made some updates and will be implementing the following house rules to ensure the health and safety of our recovery crew and you. Check out the following updates before your next visit.

We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone entering our club.

• Our store hours are 10am - 6pm Monday through Saturday (Closed Sunday) 

• We will limit our services to the following therapies at this time:

  • Whole Body Cryotherapy, Local Cryo (No Cryofacials), Infrared Bed, Float, Compression, NuCalm Sleep and BioCharger

 

House Rules

• Our recovery crew is encouraged to remain home and members are encouraged to reschedule appointments if they:

  • (1) Experienced COVID-19 symptoms in past 14 days

  • (2) Tested positive for COVID-19 in past 14 days

  • (3) Have been in close contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in past 14 days

• Our recovery crew will wear a mask at all times, as well as disposable gloves during member sessions

• Clients (unvaccinated) continue to wear masks

• Clients (vaccinated) continue to wear masks but can remove them when they are doing their session with no staff/clients in close proximity

• Hand sanitizer will be available for use 

• Our recovery crew will be encouraged to wash hands with soap frequently and sanitize hands before member sessions

• Our members will be encouraged to sanitize hands prior to therapy

• We have implemented an additional cleaning protocol which will occur throughout the day, post sessions and at end of day

 

We are carefully monitoring the situation. The most important thing is to make sure we conduct business in a safe environment.
